The Push Bottle Club offers an elevated experience to our discerning clientele. Push Bottle Club cardholders receive individualized, privileged service as well as preferred pricing and seating at all special events and live performances.
The Push Bottle Club is offered at two levels of membership which allow the guest to select the membership best suited to their needs. Push Bottle Club membership includes one premium bottle (>$200) per month for a minimum of 6 months (PLATINUM) or a year (BLACK).
BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP
BLACK is our most exclusive membership level. This level requires 12 bottle purchases per year.
WHAT YOU GET IN ADDITION TO 20% OFF BOTTLES:
- Free cover and front of the line privileges for you and four guests upon every visit.
- Free parking at the SunTrust garage.
- $50 flat rate roundtrip limo service with 5-Star Limo. (One drop off, one pick-up)
- Personal Concierge Service
- Special invites to all Push events
$160 Payments will be deducted automatically every month for 12 months with the credit card information provided by the member. The 20% bottle discount is included in this price.

PLATINUM CARD MEMBERSHIP
PLATINUM membership requires 6 bottle purchases per year.

$180 Payments will be deducted automatically every month for 6 months with the credit card information provided by the member. The 10% bottle discount is included in this price.

The Fine Print
Table reservations must be made through the bottle club concierge.
20% gratuity will be charged to member’s credit card upon consumption of their bottle.
A bottle that is paid for but not consumed may be consumed at any later date at no extra charge. Congruently, additional bottles that are purchased during any given month will roll over into the subsequent month/months, and cardholder will not charged during those months. All bottles applied to subsequent months must be $200 or greater.
If a member would like to purchase a bottle valued greater than $200, the difference will be applied to their provided credit card and the 20% discount will apply.
Bottle purchases will only be applied to a cardholder’s account, if the cardholder purchases them. Bottles purchased by friends or others at the table may not be applied to cardholder’s account.
Membership privileges will be revoked if member is behind on membership fees.
NOTE: no payment will be processed unless your membership is approved. Upon, acceptance, you hereby authorize us to charge any subsequent monthly membership dues, as well as any unpaid charges you may owe on your account to the credit card set forth in this application. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit or release your continuing obligation to make payment of all of the forgoing should any of the said due or obligations not be paid by your credit card company upon presentment. You further agree to promptly notify us in writing in the event the above credit card information is changed.
